 We worked with Cynthia to sell my mother-in-law's house in Arkansas after she passed away.  We interviewed several highly-qualified realtors, all of whom were professionals with many years of experience.  Cynthia stood out because she was so well prepared.  She created a custom market analysis document that included comparative sales with a wealth of useful data.  It also included a thorough marketing plan for selling the property.
